GAR Scholarship Program
Georgia REALTORS® is proud to offer two types of scholarships to support real estate professionals and students pursuing higher education in real estate or related fields.
The GAR Scholarship for Georgia Licensees
Assists persons in the real estate field seeking a related designation such as the GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), CPM, CAE, CRS, CRB and many other real estate–related designations.
GAR offers two scholarship reimbursements within a calendar year to qualified licensees for designation or certification courses required toward an approved designation or certification.
The GAR College Scholarship
A $1,000 undergraduate college scholarship for students majoring in a real estate or related degree. One new recipient is selected each school year.
Once awarded, the scholarship is renewable up to three times — for a maximum of four scholarships.
Jeanne Linden
Scholarship
The Cobb REALTORS® Foundation is proud to annually award the Jeanne Linden Scholarship to support individuals pursuing higher education and investing in their future.
Established in honor of 2001 Cobb REALTORS® President Jeanne Linden, this scholarship reflects her legacy of leadership, service, and commitment to creating opportunities for others. Through this scholarship, the Foundation continues that legacy by helping ease financial barriers and encouraging educational growth for future generations.
We believe education has the power to strengthen communities, create opportunities, and open doors. By investing in students today, we are helping build stronger leaders and brighter futures for tomorrow.
Each year, recipients are selected based on criteria established by the Foundation, recognizing individuals who demonstrate dedication, potential, and a commitment to personal and academic achievement.
Whether through fundraising efforts, community support, or Foundation initiatives, every contribution helps us continue expanding access to educational opportunities throughout our community.
