Founded in 1954, Cobb REALTORS® has served as the professional trade association for real estate professionals across Cobb County, providing advocacy, education, leadership, and resources that help members succeed while supporting strong communities and protecting private property rights.
With more than 2,200 members, Cobb REALTORS® is one of Georgia’s largest and most active local associations — connecting agents, brokers, and industry professionals to the tools, relationships, and opportunities they need to thrive.
As members of the National Association of REALTORS® and the Georgia Association of REALTORS®, our members are held to the highest professional and ethical standards in the industry — guided by the NAR Code of Ethics and a shared commitment to serving their clients and community with integrity.

What We Do
Through CARPAC and partnership with GAR and NAR, we fight for private property rights, smart growth, and policies that benefit real estate professionals and the communities they serve.
We offer a broad range of in-person and online education — from continuing education and Code of Ethics training to licensing courses, designations, and certifications.
Through committees, the Board of Directors, and the Cobb REALTORS® Leadership Academy, we develop the next generation of leaders for the Association and the industry.
From General Membership Meetings and affiliate partnerships to the Annual Advocacy Auction, Golf Tournament, and YPN events — we bring members together throughout the year.
Through the Cobb REALTORS® Foundation, we invest in our community with scholarships, charitable giving, and volunteer efforts that make Cobb County a better place to live.
