REALTORS® are required to complete Fair Housing / Anti-Bias Training upon becoming a member, and every three years thereafter, coinciding with the Code of Ethics training timeline.
REALTORS® who joined after January 1, 2025 and have completed the required Fair Housing training are considered to have fulfilled this requirement. Members who have not yet met the requirement must complete training by December 31, 2027 to continue their membership.
Failure to meet the requirement is a violation of a membership duty and will result in suspension of membership for January and February of the following year, with automatic termination on March 1 if still unresolved.
Complete your Fair Housing / Anti-Bias Training by this date to maintain your REALTOR® membership in good standing.
Submit proof of completion so we can update your records. You will need your Member ID / NRDS ID to access NAR’s online courses.
Submit ProofIf you completed the training program on or after January 1, 2025, but your status does not reflect this on your profile, please submit a PDF or screenshot as proof to our Membership Department so we can update our records.
If you cannot locate a completion certification but received Georgia Continuing Education credit, log in at grec.state.ga.us to access your records. Save as a PDF or screenshot, including the course title, date of completion, and your full name.
Online training options are available through NAR. To register, you will need your Member ID / NRDS ID — assigned when you applied for membership — to create an account and enroll.
