Complete the required 75-Hour Salesperson Pre-Licensing Course online or in a classroom.

Salespersons must complete a 25-hour post-license course during their first year of licensure. Register online.

Become a Real Estate Broker

Here are the steps to follow to become a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Georgia:

Visit the Georgia Real Estate Commission for specific guidance on obtaining a Broker’s License.

Complete the required 60-Hour Broker Pre-Licensing Course online or in a classroom.

Register to take the course online, or find an approved school offering it in a classroom format.
