Each year we honor the members whose professionalism, leadership, and service define what it means to be a REALTOR®. These awards are presented at the annual Awards & Multi-Million Dollar Club Gala — our community’s celebration of excellence in Cobb County real estate.
Nominations run December 1 – January 31
Nominations are accepted each year from December 1 of the qualifying year through January 31 of the Gala’s year. For example, the 2026 Awards accept nominations from December 1, 2026 through January 31, 2027. Winners are announced and celebrated at the Awards & Multi-Million Dollar Club Gala.

Rising Star Award
A newer REALTOR® making an early impact.
- •Licensed 36 months or less
- •Active member of Cobb REALTORS®
- •Member in good standing

Good Neighbor Award
A REALTOR® deeply involved in community service.
- •Member in good standing
- •Significant volunteer impact with a 501(c)(3) nonprofit
- •Service may be local, national, or international
- —Meaningful contribution of personal time
- —Community impact and inspiration
- —Financial or material contributions (considered, but not required)
Phyllis Graham Diversity Champion Award
A leader or advocate for diversity, equity, and fair housing.
- •Member in good standing
- •Actively advancing diversity, equity, accessibility, or Fair Housing
- •Served on at least one Fair Housing or IDEA committee within the past 12 months (NAR, GAR, or CAR)
- —Awareness-building and education
- —Community engagement
- —Measurable or sustained impact

Affiliate of the Year Award
An Affiliate who actively supports REALTORS® and the Association.

Tony Serkedakis Lifetime Achievement Award
A long-tenured REALTOR® whose career reflects exceptional, sustained leadership and service.
- •Member in good standing
- •Member of a REALTOR® Association for a minimum of twenty-five (25) years
- •Demonstrates unwavering faithfulness to the NAR Code of Ethics and exemplary practices
- •Well-established reputation for high professional competence
- •Recognized by the Association and the public for significant accomplishments
