Primary Member

Anyone holding an active Georgia Real Estate license associated with a Broker member of a Board or Association.

Secondary

Secondary Member

REALTOR® who holds primary membership with another Georgia association and elects to join Cobb REALTORS® by applying and paying Cobb dues.

Out-of-State

Secondary Out-of-State

A REALTOR® whose primary membership is with an association outside Georgia and who elects to join Cobb REALTORS® by applying and paying Cobb dues and Georgia dues.

Affiliate

Affiliate Member

An individual who provides products or services to the real estate industry and joins Cobb REALTORS® to connect with members, promote their business, and support the association.

REALTOR® Emeritus — A REALTOR® member who has qualified for and been granted Emeritus status by the National Association of REALTORS® and is recognized for long-term service to the Association. To apply, click here.
2026 Prorated Dues
